Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there is a butterfly flying free with colorful wings drawing nectar of love from every flower beneath and above, on wings of light, hope, and promise our little Allison is flying free. Her spirit left the earth too early, but there is no time in Heaven…there is only God and His Light. What is too early on earth it is perfect time in Heaven because….it is God’s time.
Let’s use her early death as a “gift,” the gift she was to all of us and will continue to be in our hearts, the gift of love. Her early death can become more passion to protect the rest of the children from early death by raising more attention, more money, more love, and more mosquito nets for Promise International. After all, look at what the death of Jesus has done for Humanity. He died so that we may have life and have it abundantly. Allison is resting in the arms of Jesus…He will soon whisper in her ear “wake up my little flower….you are in Heaven.”
“Think of your child; then, not as dead, but as living; not as a flower that has withered, but as one that is transplanted, and touched by a divine hand, is blooming in richer colors and sweeter shades than those on earth.”
- Richard Hooker
